Why you shouldn’t rely on Google translate

So yesterday I wrote about what I was going to write about for my Italian homework (you can scroll down to read it if you missed it).

Here’s how it came out:

A Difficult Journey

A few years ago, my husband and I were traveling to Yosemite National Park for a hike. We had to check our luggage we take to get the trekking sticks, which are not allowed on the Aero.

During our flight the pilot à Cincinnati gave notice that we were about to land à West Virginia. Perce? Nothing.

Many hours later, we avevanno put on the bus to Cincinatti. Several more hours later, we were, but our luggage, arrivamo à San Francisco.

Several days later, the luggage arrive, and potavemo do our walk.

Sounds like those instruction manuals back in the olden days that were translated from the Japanese.
