Reorganizing the chairs

I worked for an organization that reorganized every time things began to not look so good, until finally they reorganized the CEO out of a job and brought in a famous hatchet man who cut things to the bone, made a lot of money, sold the shell, and went on to bigger and better things (till his next company saw through him and fired him).

All of which makes me think Tony Hayward and Stan McChrystal might have a lot to talk about.
